After winning a gold medal at the 2007 World Championships in Osaka, 100-meter sprinter Tyson Gay thanked his coach, Lance Brauman, who’s wrapping up a year-long jail sentence for embezzlement, theft and mail fraud. We guess he’s really on the outs with his family.

Gay revealed: “[Brauman] told me that by the time he wakes up he expects me to be world champion. He is due out in a few days. He has been sending me training plans.”

We wonder what these plans are—they can’t be about running. Pyramid
schemes? Bank heists? We want to know! And if they include tattooing them on his
body like in Prison Break, it would be even better.
