Ex-Soccer Star And Columbian Drug Pawn Spared Anal Probing By Fellow Inmates

We could barely extract a decent photo of Freddy Rincon–the ex Columbian soccer star turned angel dust fairy–but we still think you want to know about this. Rincon was recently arrested for apparently laundering some cash for his childhood buddy and cocaine kingpin Pablo Rayo Montano. The Brazilian Supreme court released the former Real Madrid and Corinthians player from prison because they were afraid his ball-juggling skills would be confused by other inmates with, well, those other ball-juggling skills. Our compadres at Sporting News reported:
The court ruled that Rincon, held by Sao Paulo police since May, was subject to harsher conditions than other prisoners accused of similar crimes, judge Gilmar Mendes said on the court’s Web site.
We’re sure other inmates are just as vulnerable to taking it in the rump as much as Freddy, so why the special treatment? Spare him the case, the record, and the jail time, and let him ferment in a straight man’s hell. Now that’s punishment.
