Juande Ramos’ Split From Sevilla FC Is Still Pissing People Off

It’s turning out to be a Monday manager mayhem spectacular at Machochip HQ today. We’re so hot with stories about coaches that we definitely can’t stop now. Sevilla FC president Jose Maria del Nido is still ticked at the way former coach Juande Ramos resigned from the club for London side Tottenham Hotspur. Ramos split from Sevilla two weeks ago only 24 hours after Spurs ex-coach Martin Jol was canned. Del Nido never received a goodbye card or a reason for the volatile departure, but what’s certain is that he’s feeling like a dumped high school sweetheart who can’t get over her man.

“The way Juande left doesn’t imply Sevilla won’t exercise legal action against the matter [...] We will enforce whatever rights we have. We won’t negate action, but I also don’t want to say that we’re going to publicize what we’re going to do [...]“

Why beat around the bush? Just tell everyone you’re going to level Ramos with a lawsuit that will have him regretting leaving a Champions’ League participant. Wait, why the hell did Ramos leave a Champions League contender? Oh, right. He’s a moron.
