Former number one ranked tennis champ Martina Hingis has confessed to testing positive for cocaine at last year’s Wimbledon tournament. What’s her next move? Retirement. Apparently she doesn’t have the strength to go up against the scrutiny from tennis officials and fans, leading us to believe that we was probably snorting the bad stuff. Because if she was snorting the quality stuff, she’d be bouncing off the wall like a Tasmanian devil.

“I have tested positive but I have never taken drugs and I feel one hundred percent innocent,” Hingis said in a brief statement. “The reason I have come out with this is because I do not want to have a fight with anti-doping authorities.”

What is this a riddle? If you confess to testing positive to a controlled-substance then you probably should confess to actually doing it. At least we’ll still have Maria Sharapova.
