The World Cup qualifying matches were drawn this past weekend, and the 19th-ranked US team is looking at facing either Barbados or Dominica after their first round bye. But looming ahead for the Yanks could be the Cuban team, who if they played, would do so in Havana. For once, it’s something the Americans looking forward to.

“The opportunity to play in Cuba will be significant. I think the players will look forward to it,” U.S. coach Bob Bradley said…

Yeah, why don’t you start looking forward to playing Mexico instead. Although, we could see why traveling down to Havana could be exciting. Just the idea of Jozy Altidore asking Carlos Bocanegra how to order a Banana Daiquiri like Fredo in Godfather II is a delightful one.
