AC Milan are getting ready for their semi-final clash against Japanese J-League side Urawa Reds in what will most likely be a bump in the road towards the World Club final against Boca Juniors. That’s what everyone expects. But, even a game you’re supposed to win can manifest levels of uncertainty and bewilderment that can make you forget things like eating and, you know, when to go to bed and all. Just ask Kaká:

Kaka was asked if the long and grueling flight would have a negative effect on the Milan team.
“Not really, I’m used to it as I often travel to Brazil, only in that case the time goes backward,” the 25-year-old said.
“The important thing is that your whole body gradually gets used to it. Now we will follow the instructions to decide when it’s most appropriate to eat and sleep.”

Simon says eat! Simon says sell your “Golden Balls” trophy on eBay! Didn’t “Red” from Shawshank Redemption have to do the same thing when he was released from prison? Institutionalization is a biatch.
