Unfortunately the Giants didn’t listen to us on Saturday (Eli… ugh), so the big news around the water cooler for the people at work today is the Patriots perfect season. But winning as many games in the regular season as the perfect 1972 Miami Dolphins did in their entire Super Bowl run doesn’t mean a lick to the old Fins’ kicker Garo Yepremian, seen here in his Hair Club For Men “before” picture.

“We were the first ones to climb Mount Everest,” Yepremian said late Saturday. “If New England comes and does it, then they can be the second ones. But you usually don’t remember No. 2. I remember Sir Edmund Hillary was the first one to climb Mount Everest. I don’t remember who did it the second time. Do you?”

No, but we think regardless if the Patriots are remembered for their perfect season (our money’s on yes), the world will always remember this classic Garo boneheaded moment.
