Giovani Dos Santos May Have To Defect From Spain

It wasn’t too long ago that FC Barcelona striker Giovanni Dos Santos pledged his allegiance to the land of siestas, tapas and Flamenco. Now he may have to rescind all that citizenship buffoonery because it looks like Barca are going to part ways with the 18 year old come Summer time.

Newspaper AS published that the young player, one of the “Jewels” of Barcelona, “is becoming aware of the fact that his future may be far from Camp Nou, and he is being offered to the powerful clubs of the Premier.”
According to the newspaper, Giovani, whose contract with Barcelona finishes on June 30, is a player that “promised a lot last summer, but now, in winter, is starting to show his weakness in Barcelona.”

Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are the teams linked to an acquisition, but we think that’s a silly rumor a rabbit in a velvet suit made up. If Real Madrid hasn’t made a bid for him, then nothing is true, yet.
