Just when we thought the Oscar De La Hoya Trannygate sensation was knocked out, a new lawsuit has been unearthed by TMZ that pins Milana Dravnel against “The Golden Boy.” Oh the drama!

Plaintiff Milana Dravnel submits this Memorandum of Law in opposition to
defendant Oscar De La Hoya’s Motion to Compel Arbitration.
Because Plaintiff has filed an Amended Complaint, the majority of the grounds
upon which Defendants moved to dismiss have been rendered moot by the changes to the
Complaint by the Amended Complaint, filed January 2, 2008, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P.
Rule 15(a)(1)(A).

The sole remaining issue within Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss is whether Ms.
Dravnel entered into a valid agreement – which included an arbitration clause – through
2 which she gave up her right to litigate in a judicial forum, and instead compelled her to
arbitration.
Simply put, since the arbitration clause Defendant seeks to enforce was within an
agreement that was never formed, the arbitration provision contained in the agreement is
not valid or enforceable, and the motion to compel Plaintiff to arbitration should be
denied.

Translation: Milana Dravnel is denying an agreement Oscar’s camp said she signed is not true, even though Oscar’s camp has proof she signed the papers. We’re so confused. Dravnel is looking for a $100 million compensation. But everyone knows a guy caught in mesh, who doesn’t want others to know he likes to dress in mesh, will start at 1/4 of the proposed damages fine. Dravnel, take it behind closed doors and get yourself a cool $25 million. Then, give us a call at Machochip headquarters and lets have us a party.
