While most Raider fans are sterotyped as killing machines, there seems to be a dearth of stories about the tranquil Raider fan. You know, the type that just likes to chill and go to… say, the zoo. Of course, when that story does get play, it’s because the Raider fan was killed by a tiger at the zoo. Obviously, violence and the Raiders go together like peas and carrots.

The teenager killed Christmas Day by an escaped tiger at the San Francisco Zoo was laid to rest Tuesday in an Oakland Raiders jersey as his two friends who survived the attack looked on.

Seventeen-year-old Carlos Sousa Jr. of San Jose was remembered during funeral ceremonies that spanned two days as a hip-hop aficionado and an avid fan of the silver and black.

A two-day funeral? What, were they honoring JaMarcus Russel’s protracted contract holdout, too?
