Pavel Pardo Saves Hugo Sanchez’s Job

This video above, though we apologize is quite the lo-fi experience, is of Pavel Pardo saving Hugo Sanchez’s tenure as manager. Mexico completely outplayed Ghana in their 2-1 victory and were able to salvage integrity after Ghana’s John Mensah clipped Adolfo Bautista in the penalty area, resulting in the aforementioned Pardo’s saving grace. So, for now, can we desist from the Hugo Sanchez bashing until, you know, Mexico is moments from not qualifying for the World Cup in South Africa? Until then, let the guy manage his team…and Ricardo La Volpe can sit quietly on the sidelines smoking his infinite cigarettes, while waiting for Mexico to call him back.
