Japanese baseball fans took to innovative means to collect autographs from the visiting Boston Red Sox and Oakland A’s. This method of autograph collecting is unparalleled. The most innovative method we ever experimented with was tossing a baseball to Eddie Murray over a chain link fence at Chavez Ravine. We never saw that ball again.
