We totally thought we posted this yesterday. Anyway, this video is marginally freakish, but for the most part we were all “ooo” and “ahhh.” Nike spoofed the “Sixty Million Dollar Man” and turned Steve Nash into mannequin, fractured him to bits and then recycled him. Neat, ey? On this day (um, yeah), the video’s concept exemplifies the important role technology can play in protecting the earth. Arrr? Look. “Earth Day” is 39 years old, has considerably lost it’s luster across the world and David Beckham–the world’s most famous athlete–hates the environment. Now go recycle your dog’s poo.
