Cartman sporting an Edward James Olmos combover: check. Making fun of Bill Belichik’s cheating ways: check. Animated cholos: double triple checks. Contemplating when the cholo went from greaser to bald head: check.
South Park took “Stand And Deliver” and the topic of cheating (represented via a cutout of Bill Belichick’s head), intermingled them to concoct a delightful episode. Just take it from Jaiman “Cartman” Escalante: “In America, it’s OK to cheat as long as you cheat your way to the top.” That’s definitely not relegated to Bill Belichick. Enjoy the clips after the jump and remember: a negative times a negative equals a positive.

They really should have looked into a Lou Diamond Phillips cameo.
