Euro 2008: We underestimated the Russians against the Swedes during last night’s game. Russia came out creating space against a Swedish team that could only sit back and defend because most of their players were ailing with either serious injury or bashfulness. Quite frankly, a team that starts a star striker with a knee problem and still expects him to deliver is bound for expulsion. No creativity in this game means no future. Russia 2, Sweden 0. [AFP]
