Bastian Schweinsteiger Stunned By Spanish Conga Line

It’s not always the case, but most players from the losing team can rest assured that their locker rooms are a safe haven, keeping them at bay from witnessing the champagne-drenched fiesta that takes place in the winning team’s locker rooms.
Just as teams are allowed to run around in their chones, splashing each other with outlandishly priced bottles of booze, singing national songs and such, the losing team should feel comfortable enough, in private, to weep, divulge distress and say “Fuck man. We lost. It sucks.”
Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case when Bastian Schweinsteiger was interviewed after Germany’s Euro 2008 loss to Spain. The interview took place in a public forum, in front of a Euro 2008 backdrop and with a giant freakin’ Spanish conga line spewing a chorus of “Viva! Viva Espagna!” Yup. There they go, not once, but twice. Bastian’s look is simply priceless.
