Doesn the design on the bottle imply this is an ointment for other use, or are we trippin’? “Sore No More” is marketed as an ointment but we’re not so sure:

Mannetake Mushrooms, also known by their more common name as Reishi Mushrooms, are huge in Japan, China and Korea. And their natural properties will probably get you in trouble if you’re an athlete.

The beneficial natural substances in reishi include steroids, lactones, alkaloids, triterpenes and polysaccharides.

Smear it all over us after a racquetball game at 7am, but anyone from the Major Leagues should probably steer clear from this stuff.
