Um, No One Took Pictures Of Cristiano Ronaldo And David Beckham Together At The ESPYs!

The ESPY Awards, hosted by Justin Timberlake (when did this transformation happen, exactly?) took place last night, but won’t be aired nationally until Sunday. The event drew a star-studded crowd of athletes and there’s no point in telling you more because all we really care about is Cristiano Ronaldo’s attendance. He dropped by the awards show and extracted a bit of thunder from the other mega soccer icon known as David Beckham, but absolutely no one captured the two soccer stars together. In-freakin-competence, man! You’d think some PR chief would acknowledge the magnitude of having the most expensive MLS player in history near the most expensive EPL player–the one player who took the former’s position at his OLD club and is currently in line to join the former’s previous team in Spain–and have them set up to take a pic for us all to scrutinize this morning. Basically, David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo’s lives are so parallel that someone should have jumped on the matter and taken a picture of the duo. Geez.
