New Haven little-leaguer and recently banished pitcher Jericho Scott made news yesterday when his story was reported to the masses, much to the amazement and bewilderment of little-league parents who professed that the league’s organizers were a bunch of commies. Word. Now, little Jericho Scott, who has a rocket for an arm, is officially famous…because we found his Wikipedia page.
In 2008, the New Haven Liga Juvenil de Baseball told Scott he could no longer pitch in the league and that he might want to consider moving up to a higher level. When his coach, Wilfred Vidro, allowed him to take the mound the game was forfeited and his team was told to disband.[2] Scott’s parents will likely pursue legal action against the league. His mother, Nicole Scott, had threatened to get the league shut down after they would not let her son pitch.

Liga Juvenil? Was Jericho playing for a Latino league? Or was the user who created the content on the site simply utilizing a bit of Spanglish? Holy hell. The commie jokes are really going to come out now. Just get this kid back on the mound, will ya, so the Dodgers can pick up his teenage years and then ship him off to an actual contender that will make him the greatest pitcher ever.
