Ex-Olympian Andreas Kreiger Was Once “Heidi Krieger”

It seems to be common knowledge now that the regular and consistent use of steroids is detrimental to anyone who persists on using the drug. Whether you want to shrink your testicles, grow pimples on your back, lose your temper every five seconds and, probably the most devastating effect of all, be ostracized from whatever sport you love, then steroids is the thang for you. But, back in the 70’s, the drug was big, especially in East Germany. Unfortunately, the East Germans coaching and training their athletes forgot to mention that the subsidized horse pills they were passing out at lunch weren’t vitamins, but steroids. This had some drastic effects on one particular female shot-putter. Check out the video after the jump.
