Have You Seen This Man? Panamanian Boxer Alfonso Mosquera On The Lam For Allegedly Killing His Wife

So if you’re in Panama over the next couple of days and you run into this man, we’d do that thing where you cover your eyes, whistle and walk the other way. That’s because this flexing person is Alfonso Mosquera, a boxer who is on the loose after being accused of beating his wife to death. We would say he’s innocent until proven guilty, but A) this isn’t the US we’re talking about and B) it’d be hard to convince us otherwise considering his now-deceased wife died of injuries that are pretty consistent with someone who punches people for a living.

The blows the woman received broke her ribs and perforated one of her lungs, injuries which ended her life. Apparently “Hurricane” Mosquera had antecedents of spousal abuse but she never made a formal complaint before authorities, nor did she tell her family members. Authorities are investigating those allegations.

The fact that Mosquera is on the loose pretty much seals the deal, shouldn’t it? Unless he and Tommy Lee Jones are looking for a one-armed man with a hell of a jab, or Mosquera turns himself in, we don’t see how the boxer can OJ his way out of this one.
