Women’s Beach Volleyball: The American team of Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh ran their consecutive win streak to 104 matches as they beat the Norway team in their third pool match. This would’ve beaten out Nomar’s heroics as the game of the day, but we couldn’t find another picture of Misty May-Treanor’s can. USA over Norway, 21-12, 21-15. [UPI]
