Swimmer Amanda Beard Has One Word ForThose Michael Phelps Dating Rumors: Ew

Amanda Beard, you’re a class act. Not only have you paved the way to your post-swimming career doing Skinemax movies by already posing for Playboy, but when asked about a possible romance between you and Michael Phelps, you decided to act like a snotty ass teenager. That’s unlike Phelps, who when asked the same question took a calmer approach, probably because he was too tired from sexing Stephanie Rice, so nuts to you Beard.

“No, I’m not dating Amanda Beard… I think she has a boyfriend.” When asked if he’s single, he responds, “Part of my life is kept to myself. I’m able to relax and be with my friends. Those pretty much are the only people who really know the answer to that question.”

According to Beard’s response, she’s apparently not part of that group.

“Eww, that’s nasty… I have never, ever hooked up with Michael Phelps,” Beard said via telephone from Beijing on the “Johnjay and Rich Show… Come on, I have really good taste,” Beard said. “He’s really not my type.”

Apparently the Olympics don’t bring out the best in everyone. Beard apologized later, but after dissing America’s newest Golden Boy, something tells us she might be on the receiving end of Phelps “See you next fall” trip when they visit the White House, and subsequent high-five from the Prez.
