A 26 year old Fort Lauderdale, FL man named Kevin Kearney jettisoned on the ride of his life after a forming water spout spurned by Tropical Storm “Fay” hoisted him into the air while he was kite-surfing, ultimately leaving him leveled somewhere on a major highway.

Witnesses ran to help the Fort Lauderdale resident, who lay crumpled on the ground in pain. “I’m surprised he didn’t get hit by a car because we have A1A right here,” said CBS4 Engineer Anthony Romano. “I think it was a miracle that he just flew over the street and into the thing.”

The thing being a building and then cold, wet and hard asphalt. Kearney survived and will now go down in the “Holy Shit!” video Hall of Fame. Video is after the jump.
