Javier Clemente is the most honest man in the history of the universe. And he’s also probably a nut job. Sure we’ve had our fair share of insults over our 12-month tenure at this here site, but we don’t think anyone would ever want to kill us [Ed note: Right, latinogamer? / Fist bump?] or wish death upon us. But Spanish reporter Manolo Lama should think twice if he thinks no one wants to get his ass. Because Javier Clemente made it perfectly clear that he wishes Lama would grace the big typewriter in the sky.
“I’m going to tell you a story,” Clemente told AS.
“It happened with Cadena Ser. While I was in dispute with them, Manolo Lama had a car accident and I was on the same road.
“I sent him a message to say I was sorry for him but Lama insulted me 10,000 times.
“Do you want a person that crushed you for 25 years to be alive? Why not wish him the same he wished you?
“I would have liked Lama to die in 1987.”
Ok. Well then. Lets get Real Murcia’s numbers up this season. /Coughs. /Walks out the door.
