- ALCS Game Four In the past four games, the Tampa Bay Rays have like a million home runs… okay, fine, they’ve hit 10. But in the past three games, they’ve lit up the Red Sox like Christmas trees, knocking the supposedly solid Sox pitching staff for 31 runs. 31! That’s a major reason why they’ve taken a 3-1 lead in the series and hope James Shields has enough to fend off game one winner Daisuke Matsuzaka in the next game that could take them to the World Series.
