Seattle Gets A Lingerie Football Franchise… Does This Make Up For Losing The Sonics?

When the Supersonics left Seattle for greener pastures in Oklahoma City, many of the Emerald City team’s fans tried to prevent the move. “It’ll create a void that’ll never be filled,” they said. Well, we think those people are incredibly short sighted. Who wants to see Kevin Durant blossom into a superstar when you can see your hot next door neighbor chop block some bitch from Tacoma during practice? That’s right, the Lingerie Football League is starting a franchise in Seattle and is looking for the right kind of woman to fill their uniform (which is pretty much a bra, some panties and a garter). Their name? The Mist, coincidentally our favorite soda. We should totally hook up… in a partnership way of course. Why, did you have anything else in mind?
Seattle will be home to the LFL’s Seattle Mist which will comprise of Seattle’s most attractive and athletic women. We will meet with hundreds of Seattle based women during Friday’s mini-camp and test the ladies through a series of football drills.
To which we say, “Watch out for the flying ball to the face!” And we’re not kidding. Stu Scott lost his left eye that way. Check out pictures of what Seattle has waiting for them, after the jump.
