Whas happened in sports last night.

  • NBA: So now that the credit crunch has nixed the Nets’ plan to move to Brooklyn, are the Knicks now the favorites to land LeBron when he becomes a free agent in 2010? It sounded that way as the James got bigger cheers than some of the Knick players at the Garden as he pulverized the hometown team. He dropped in 26 before sitting out the fourth quarter as the rest of the Cavs made sure they didn’t let the lead slip away. But can the Cavs do the same after next year with their Star?
