Why Sex Is Better Than Sport For Sleepy Times

Fifteeen hundred sleep scientists gathered in Kassel, Germany recently as members of the German Sleep Society (DGSM) to discuss factors that contribute to or inhibit healthy sleep. One of their findings? That sex helps you sleep better. Well, no shit, Schuhmacher. The news contradicts the group’s finding that exercise before bedtime is a bad idea because of the physical stimulation that serves to leave a person wide awake. Sex on the other hand, (and that brings up a good point, does masturbation count?), provides stimulation that ends with relaxation. Well if you’re the guy anyway. A lot of women don’t get to finish so “resolutely.” So, remember dudes. Help your woman out or she’s not going to let you sleep tonight.
