Ladies, especially all the cougars out there, you need to realize that a tiger never loses his stripes… or in this case, a Yankee. After dropping his wife Cynthia like she was hot (she wasn’t) and heading off to the strong, stringy arms of Madaonna, Alex Rordriguez has reportedly found a new obsession to follow around the world in model Melissa Britos (seen here all ready for her special day!). Oh Madonna, you think just because you’re all rich and powerful and used to have an English accent you could just play with A-Rod for a hot second and string him along? Well, InTouch thinks you’re wrong lady.

In mid-November, A-Rod allegedly met and came ‘obsessed’ with model Melissa Britos at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach opening party. One of the model’s friends said, “He became obsessed with her. He sent her at least a dozen text messages, asking her to spend time with him.” A few days later, A-Rod was seen dropping Melissa off at her hotel and she wearing the same clothes she had on the night before.

Then, this past Thanksgiving weekend, A-Rod was spotted at Miami’s LIV nightclub checking out and flirting with the lovely ladies. According to a clubgoer, A-Rod asked a sexy partier for her phone number. One of A-Rod’s friends chatted with In Touch and tried to justify the slugger’s ways:

“Alex is definitely excited by Madonna and wants to spend time with her. But when she’s not around and he is left to his own devices, he wants the company of other beautiful women. He can’t help it. It’s in his nature.”

Yes, it is. Let’s just be happy he’s been married and had kids. You know, he’s not that great in the clutch, only doing it when it doesn’t matter. You know, the perfect singles guy who hits home runs with his girls because he’s a millionaire athlete.
