Whas happened in sports last night.
- NFL: Randy Moss returned to the scene of the crime yesterday as he returned to Oakland for the first time in a Patriots jersey. He didn’t have Tom Brady with him, but the Golden Boy’s replacement did just fine. Matt Cassell threw for four touchdowns, two to Moss, only days after his dad passed away. So Sad. - MMA: WWE stars heading to MMA? Well, after Brock Lesnar, it’s the wave of the future apparently. Former wrassler’ Bobby Lashley beat Joshua Franklin in their first MMA bouts and said that a bout between he and Lesnar is sure to happen. Suuure. [Miami Herald]
- MLS: Was Brazilian side Internacional’s Andres D’Alessandro supposed to be the LA Galaxy’s replacement for Landon Donovan? [MLS Daily]
