Whas happened in sports last night.
- NBA: For our money, the best rivalry in the NBA is still the Lakers and the Spurs, and last night was no different. Kobe thought he had the game won when he lofted a three over Roger Mason Jr. to take the lead late in the fourth. But then Mason, Jr. came back and took it to the rim, and the Lakers, and got the three point play that eventually put the Spurs on top in a thriller. Spurs 112, Lakers 111 [My SA]
- Golf: Lorena Ochoa is engaged. Hope we’re on the invite list! (/fingers crossed) [Golf.com]
- MLB: Bartolo Colon signs with the White Sox. No word on whether there were chimichangas involved in the deal. [Chicago Tribune]
- MMA: The sad and disturbing tale of dead MMA’er Evan Tanner. [Men's Journal]
- NFL: Seriously, how many charges is Plaxico Burress facing? [ESPN]
- Oddities: Did you know it takes just three cups of coffee to make you more prone to hallucinations? Wait… who said that? [Gizmodo]
