Topless/bikini pics will come and go in the infotainment blogging business, but there’s something about this set of pictures of Kate Moss and Karen Mulder topless on the high seas that really gets us. Mostly, it’s just the fact that this really happened, in the world, for real and not in a dream you had.

Before we get too worked up, let’s be clear: super-skinny models are not exactly our thing (in a just world they would have invited, say, Adriana Lima to their topless boat party. ) And, let’s be honest, Kate Moss and Karen Mulder are kind of old news. But the important thing here is this: here we have photographic evidence of the topless supermodel boat party that you fantasized about as a thirteen year old carelessly drooling over the swimsuit issue. You’d see, like, Elle Macpherson and Rachel Hunter posing together and your adolescent mind just set to whirring. “I’ll bet,” you muttered breathily to yourself, “Right after they shot this they totally made out or, like, went out on a boat in the middle of the sea and got naked and swam around and stuff.”
