Video: Vida Guerra Makes Her Singing Debut In “Like That”

Last time we checked in on our fellow Cubana, Vida Guerra, she was exploring her artsy, primal side on a staircase. Since then, she’s released a “music” video for her first single, “Like That,” a tune we’ve already forgotten despite having watched the video twice no less than a minute before typing this. The song features “ProHoeZak,” because, you know. Why not? This anti-hoe movement started by the pro-rake contingent has really got to stop.

Vida, who is primarily known for her modeling work in men’s magazines, is trying branch out into the music world. Back in 2006, Vida said she was working on creating an all-girl pop group that would consist of, ahem:

One (1) Asian girl

One (1) Indian girl (India being, of course, the part of Asia that doesn’t count as Asian.)

Two (2) Spanish girls

Two (2) black girls (Not to be confused with those Spanish girls, who can sometimes be black and are never from Spain.)

One (1) white girl

For whatever reason, that group has yet to work out, prompting Vida to go at it on her own. As you watch the video, ask yourself this: “Why?” And then, “DOES VIDA GUERRA EVER BLINK?!”
