Check out designer Julien Bergignat’s Tact’, a protocol watch targeting blind people. Tact’ employs two rotating circles with raised bumps instead of minute and hour hands.

   This isn’t an original idea and I don’t see Bergignat being able to claim much for this design.. Basically the same watch was designed by Tokuji Yoshioka and made by Seiko.
