lp_ranchocjrb_400For once, Escandalo TV has aired something worth watching. The show ran a clip today of Ramon Ayala, permanent member of our Mt. Rushmore of musicians, talking to Chicago radio station La Que Buena about his humble beginnings.

The man with the mad accordion skillz and killer mustache mentioned that he wanted to be an auto mechanic as a child. We’re glad he decided to stick with the accordion instead. His music was such an integral part of our childhood, we don’t know what we would’ve done had he chosen to be just another Mexican mechanic.

El Rey del Accordion also stated that his father worked him so much as a child that he spent all of his free time resting and playing the accordion instead of drinking and smoking.

So kids, if you want to be a pussy magnet like Ramon Ayala, lay off the drugs and work hard!

  1. I member hearing Ramon Ayala as a kid and thinking my parents were weird for listening to that stuff. As I got older and started to get into the music myself I realized they werent the weird ones I was. Que Viva El Rey del Accordion
