How do you spice up a tattoo of a voluptuous vixen? You give her some serious boobage, obviously. The ink enthusiast pictured above took it to 11 and added silicone implants to his tattooed woman. These images were brought to us by Ooorale, everyone's favorite rag mag. You have to respect a man who goes all out for his tat. Seriously, this guy is a straight up visionary. Not only is he challenging everyone else with ink to try to top his modification, but he also gets to fondle the breasticles whenever he wants. Since he would be touching his own skin, would he have to pull a "stranger" to achieve maximum arousal?

Just FYI, this piece got infected with staph not long after the implants were done and he 1) had to take them out and 2) was left with a gross festering hole in his leg. Gross.
