The Portuguese consulting firm Futebol Finance released it's third annual list of the 50 biggest salaries for soccer stars. Cristiano Ronaldo, frequent Anygüey/Guanabee punching bag, tops all futbolistas with a yearly salary of €13 millon, or about $17.7 million. Keep in mind that these figures do not include any endorsement deals.
Right behind him are Barcelona's Zlatan Ibrahimovic (€12 million/$16.3 million) and Lionel Messi (€10.5 million/$14.3 million).
Not surprisingly, teams from Spain's La Liga and the English Premier League shell out the most for their marquee players, with 37 of the top 50 moneymakers earning their keep in these two leagues. The thirteen remaining soccer stars play in Italy's Seria A and Germany's Bundesliga.

Oh, and yes. That picture of Cristiano Ronaldo with his murse-- man purse-- is intentional.
ReplyToo. Much. Money.
ReplyYou're just jealous..Oh wait, so am I.
ReplyI'm also jealous of his murse. I want one -- to carry around all my coupons in.
ReplyMan, do I have the perfect gig for you: http://www.liveoffgroupon.com/faq
ReplyUh...thanks.
ReplyHi Christiano, my name is Bathaile Ntuli from South Africa, Pretoria. I am currently studying towards my national diploma at the Tshwane University of Technology. I like you.
ReplyI heard that real Madrid president Florentino Perez is planning to raise Cristiano Ronaldo salary for the next season. With Cristiano Ronaldo spectacular achievement during his 3 year with the White squat, it’s about time for them to do so. He surely doesn’t need same day fast personal loans to stay afloat. Until now, Cristiano Ronaldo is becoming every football clubs fantasy. Having him on the team is like adding another 4 extra players on the field. England club such as ManCity, AC Milan, and Chelsea always show their interest on the Portuguese player. For those club, money is not a problem to bring the goal machine to their team.
