WAG World Cup, Semifinals: Uruguay Vs. Portugal

With the World Cup 2010 underway, we’ve decided to have a little international tournament of our own. Every day we'll put up a poll with two different WAGs, the beautiful wives and girlfriends of the soccer players competing in South Africa. The top vote-getter advances to the next round until there is only one left.

Spain's Sara Carbonero defeated American Bethany Dempsey in our final round two poll with 62.5% of the votes. She'll move on to face Italy's Alena Seredova tomorrow. Moving on!

Round Two: Irina Shayk (Portugal) Vs. Zaira Nara (Uruguay)

Our first WAG World Cup semifinals matchup features two heavy hitters. On the left, we have the beautiful Irina Shayk representing Portugal. Shayk– Cristiano Ronaldo's girlfriend– has steamrolled through the competition, beating out Brazil's Susana Werner and Dutch WAG Sylvie Van der Vaart. Her opponent is Uruguay's Zaira Nara, pictured right. Nara, who dates striker Diego Forlan, took out Argentina's Antonella Rocuzzo and Abigail Clancy, the WAG representative from England.
