Former Britney Spears bodyguard Fernando Flores is suing the popstress to the tune of $15 million for sexual harrassment, alleging, amongst other things, that Spears exposed herself to him, hit her children, had sex in front of them and made them eat until they vomited. We'd chalk this up to opportunism except that there are accounts on record from other bodyguards that corroborate Spears' wack-a-doodle behavior.

Back in 2007, former Spears bodyguard Tony Bareetto testified in court during Spears' custody battle that Spears grinded on his leg while not wearing panties. Granted, it was at a dance club, but he was on duty and she was putting her butt on his groin. Barreto  also told the Sun back then that Britney often muttered to herself and others in made up languages.

"And the expression in her face was always deadly serious. One time I found her out by the trash. She was mumbling and talking a whole made-up language."

Flores only worked for Spears for a couple of months, from April to June of this year, before he left the job. His reason? He claims he was sexually harrassed and emotionally distressed by all of Britney's lewd, erratic behavior. The paperwork filed in a California Superior Court yesterday said:

“Plaintiff perceived, during security checks of the perimeter, Defendant loudly having sexual relations while her two children were in the suite with her."

Flores also claims Spears hit her son, Sean Preston, with Flores' belt, constantly walked around naked, exposing herself to him, and when he complained to his supervisor, was told, "you know you like it."

It's an interesting case when a man complains of sexual harrassment by a woman. Especially when that woman is allegedly "desirable." Of course, these events occurred way past the time when Britany Spears was considered desirable.

Between Flores and Barretto's testimonies, and Britney's own, well-documented, publicly displayed erratic behavior, we're inclined to believe these incidents happened. The question is whether a judge will find for the plaintiff, especially considering the genders of the parties involved.
