Fetus Found Inside Peruvian Boy's Stomach [Video]

Most 3-year-old boys get stomach aches because they eat too much candy, playground dirt, a Micro Machine, or all three. But Isbac Pacunda's pain had nothing to do with ingestion -- or least not his own ingestion. When his worried father took him to a local hospital to be diagnosed, a parasitic twin was found inside Isbac's stomach. According to one Dr. Marco Antonio Flores, the twin had been "feeding off" Isbac's blood but possessed no brain, heart, or lungs. Isbac had to undergo surgery to have his parasitic, vampire brother removed.
