Penelope Cruz, seen here throwing chola hands, appeared on The Tonight Show to promote her participation in the latest Woody Allen film To Rome With Love. Besides poking fun at herself for taking her Oscar to beach, Penelope dished on what it's like to work with the eccentric director:

"They call you and a mystery man arrives at your door, gives you the script, says that you have to read it in an hour, and return it. You can't leave the house; you sit there and read, then give it back."
